The Bristol airport flyer to 'The centre - bus stop C2' works well (£9 single, £15 return) or the U2 bus (~£3 but one per hour).

There is only one company allowed to enter the airport site: Arrow cars, so it is best to book them in advance. The airport is busier and busier. There are some other options with Uber etc. but I am not sure where they pick people up and walking around the airport is not easy as the pedestrian infrastructures are being redone. Count ~30 minutes to the city centre with a taxi / car. There is not usually problems with traffic.
